10TH FESTIVAL “CHILD OF THE UNIVERSE” AND 2ND FESTIVAL IN CANNES HAS PASSED
It is an incredible feeling of the completeness and the significancy of the Festival in Russia and the World, a feeling of a Human’s opportunities and value for his realization through creation of the conditions. People! Oh, these people! How beautiful they are, when they create, when they are passionate about their work, and when they feel the importance of their work! How wonderful it is that we have created a space for supporting the projects which come from the heart!
People’s mind and their worldview change so much when they go through the festival “Child of the Universe”!
Children! Oh, these children – wise and ingenious, every one of them!
The more individual mentality of a child – the brighter is the star in his soul!
The vivid energy of the Heart is flowing outwards!
There is a very interesting change in the films – less words, more meaning. Energy! Vibration! We, people, switch to this language, and it can be seen during the festival!
Another change – when the words are said imprecisely, the person who listens to them, starts to be more attentive, more interested, as if the computer in his head doesn’t miss it, but turns on the search of understanding something new.
The new participants began to enter really fast into the space of the festival’s way of thinking, which took many years to create, as if they have been participating in it all the time at a distance!
THE WORLD IS STARVING FOR THE NONSTANDARD!
Yes, it is afraid of nonstandard, BUT IT IS STARVING FOR IT AND DREAMING ABOUT IT!
THE YELLOW LEAVES OF THE STANDARD ARE FALLING!
THE WORLD IS WATING FOR THE VIVID AND NECESSARY PROCESSES!

At the 1st international Festival of Fund on support of children with the special opportunities “Child of the Universe”, which took place on August 22, 2013 in France (Cannes), the project of creating “The Baikal ecological forum” was discussed and approved; manager of the project development and speaker – Galina Konstantinidi, Irkutsk, Russia.
At the 2nd international Festival “Child of the Universe” on August 22, 2014 in Cannes the roundtable discussion included the topic of “The results of the International Baikal Ecological Forum”. The initiatives of the member of the Fund committee “Child of the Universe” Galina Konstantinidi were approved. The participants of the roundtable discussion mentioned her great contribution to the development of “Ecology of environment and mentality”. The organizers of the roundtable discussion at the Festival “Child of the Universe” in Cannes consider that Galina Konstantinidi, as manager of the Project, has successfully completed the task!
Baikal is a sample of purity on the Planet! All the processes concerned with Baikal are the hope of humankind for saving the Earth, for saving the humankind!
Baikal is a sample which turns the mentality and the actions of people to the ecology!
Ecological forum is an essential international structure! It is bound to draw together human minds which have the understanding of the subject, and are ready to develop the work aimed at:
1. Ecology of production,
2. Ecology of environment – the EARTH,
3. Ecology of humankind mentality!

The Child of the Universe Film Festival is a way to talk and share thoughts about the world around us, which is bigger and deeper than our everyday life and which is so different if we look at it differently. And once we stop thinking about boundaries and limitations, they disappear and a whole new universe opens to us.
Feeling this world with all its lives and colours and seeing unlimited opportunities in every beginning are the skills which must be developed in each of us and to have them we should learn from children who perceive the world so purely and impartially. The more children differ from the rest, the more interesting their pictures of the world are.
The idea behind the Child of the Universe Film Festival lies in showing the world through children’s eyes to change social attitudes towards children, thus giving each of them an opportunity to be heard and taken seriously. We all have gone through the growing up period when we had more or less to give up our dreams and limit our imagination just to fit in with the standards set by society.
For this very reason the main focus of the Festival is to catch and reflect children’s thoughts and perceptions of the world around us. The Festival's organizers would like you to do some research on children's abilities, which we used to once have, and share your discoveries with the world. We are facing big changes. We need new energy, new knowledge.
We have done enough of teaching children. It is our turn to learn from them!
