Last Monday the members of the Child of the Universe Film Festival steering committee met with the president of the Russian State Trade and Economic University (RSTEU) Baburin Sergey Nikolayevich. In the course of negotiations a Partnership Agreement  was entered into and a joint program on the preparation and holding of the Festival, which is going to take place on 25 September 2012, was worked out and agreed.

This event appears to be of particular importance as holding it in conjunction with one of the leading universities of the country takes it to a new level. Thus, RSTEU technical resources will enable up to 20 branches of the university to participate in the Festival through a live web broadcast of the event.

It's worth noting that RSTEU employees have invaluable experience of working with children with special needs which gives us an opportunity to touch upon legal, practical and other difficulties related to their enrolment and further education in universities.

Thus, the members of the Russian Child of the Universe Film Festival steering committee would like to thank the Russian State Trade and Economic University for its members' assistance in the preparation for the festival and hope for a long and fruitful collaboration.
